CLASSES  

The Class Fee per class for the following one hour classes is $10. per person or $8 for the 2nd person in each family, $6 for the 3rd:

DRAWING FUN 101  4 Weeks, $8 Supply Fee + Class Fee
Drawing objects is a combination of hand coordination and seeing objects properly.
Learn how to see objects in a way that will enable you to draw them realistically. This will include drawing things in perspective, and shading techniques.  NOW ENROLLING!

ACRYLICS OOHLALA  1 Yr Curriculum- 4 Wk Segments,  $25 Supply Fee per segment, OR $50 per Quarter Year, OR $170 per Year + Class Fee   Acrylics OohLaLa is an in depth look at acrylic painting.  This class will move through many styles of painting with acrylics. Over the course of the year we will learn impressionism, realism, baroque, art nouveau and more, as well as learning to simulate styles from Georgia O'’Keefe, Alphonse Mucha, Monet, and other artists. We’ll also explore different materials to paint on, different ways of building texture onto the canvas, adding things to the art piece, sealing and hanging the art work. Class enrollment is month to month. All of the above will be learned over the course of a year.  Students are welcome to join anytime during the year. USIN' the TOOLS (pencil, marker, pen/ink, colored pencil, crayon)  6 Weeks, $15 Supply Fee + Class Fee
Get a basic overview of how to use many different drawing media including how to mix & blend multiple media together. This class is great to take after Drawing Fun 101 but it is not necessary to know how to draw to take this class. Excercises & projects will be rewarding and fun.  NOW ENROLLING!

COLLAGERAMA  4 Weeks, $15 Supply Fee + Class Fee
Collage is simply layering items upon each other. Paper, fabric, ribbon, tissue, thread, magazine clippings- all are wonderful for building the collage effect you are after. Collagerama covers collage techniques, proper adhesives, backgrounds and combining other media such as paint.  NOW ENROLLING!

COLOR FUN 101  4 Weeks alternating months with COLOR MOODS, $15 Supply Fee + Class Fee
Learn how to take the 3 primary colors and mix any color you choose.  We will explore the basic color wheel and mix a grand spectrum of colors.  Learn how to choose a color scheme for your artwork, your home decor or whatever you desire to add color to.  (These tools will be helpful to you throughout your life!) You will create art pieces with your chosen color schemes.  NOW ENROLLING!

COLOR MOODS   4 Weeks alternating months with COLOR FUN 101, $15 Supply Fee + Class Fee      Are you having a blue day?  ...How 'bout a red one? ...Or a green one?  Color is a great way to express a mood, and to change it.  Lets explore the colors that make us feel calm and peaceful, the ones that invigorate us, the ones that make us happy, etc.  Students get to learn color pallets, color layout, and how to put colors together to get the feeling across that they are trying to convey in their artwork, their homes, their wardrobe, etc.   NOW ENROLLING!

CLASSICAL REALISM  If you have always wanted to grasp rendering objects realistically  ITS TIME to upgrade your skills!  The class is taught in three sessions.  The first is charcoal and chalk tonal drawings, next is oil stain paintings and last is an in-depth color study.  Classes are structured to meet individual needs with plenty of time for mentoring.    CALL TO ENROLL!

GUITAR LESSONS  Booked by the month, half-hour sessions booked Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons
Taught by an accomplished guitarist, students learn beginning, intermediate and advanced techniques and styles in fun individual or small group classes.

PIANO LESSONS  Booked by the month, half-hour sessions booked Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays
Taught by Ernest, an experienced instructor, this unique class teaches chord theory and playing by ear.  Lots of fun for kids and adults.  Basic sight reading taught too. "Play the music that's in your heart!"

VOICE LESSONS call for private instruction

WHOLEART $11 per person per class
Whole ART is a multisensory Christian Art experience where we exploring the "whole" of the creative beauty that God Himself designed when He made YOU!  International worship music sets the tone for relaxation, body movement, sound exploration & art lesson where individuals are strengthened to know themselves better, to love bigger and to be the best that they can be.  We will gain new levels of faith as we take hold of the truths of Scripture that show God's personal care and interaction with us, the gifts He's given, the way He speaks through His Spirit, and the power of a surrendered and Love-filled life. (Whole ART is based on the Bible and has no denomonational affiliation) TUESDAYS 5:30 - 6:30pm

OpenART Studio  Tuesday-Saturday  $5.50 per person  Open at all times when no class scheduled
OpenART is a time for free-flowing, unstructured creative time.  Some basic materials are provided, table space is provided.  Bring in a project you've been working on, or try something new.  Instructor is available to provide coaching and critique.  CALL AHEAD ON SATURDAYS FOR AVAILABILITY 

All ARTS Jam   Every Saturday $5.50 per person   SATURDAYS  7pm - 11pm
Bring your love for music, dance, poetry and the arts to Saturday Night's AllARTS Jam.  We will alternate 45 minute music jam sessions with 15 minute poetry sessions.  All types of writing welcome (no vulgar, profane, or explicit lyrics to either poems or songs.)  Those bringing instruments should bring amps and extention cords if needed. Acoustic Instruments welcome.  Those with painting, drawing or other creative project can come and find table space and a great environment in which to work.  Those with dance routine or floorstyle dance, or singing to a track should bring accompanying music on CD. Only $5.50 per person.  All ages welcome.

ART PARTIES:  BIRTHDAY PARTIES, CORPORATE & SPECIAL EVENTS
Book our space for your event!  Suitable for a 5th birthday or a 75th birthday; for a bridal shower, a civic event, and lots more!  Content of art project is adaptable to almost any theme and any age-creative fun for everyone!  For corporate events, use the arts to build unity among your staff through a common fun experience.  Some evenings and Saturdays available.
2 1/2 hr party plus 1 hr of directed art activity during your party. guest-of-honor is free.  up to 10 guests = $130. +supplies.
     up to 15 guests = $185 + supplies
special events- based on hourly fee +supplies.  call for prices.

FAMILY NIGHTS $5.50 per person 4TH FRIDAY of the MONTH  5:30-10:30pm
Imagine how good it will feel to watch the creativity in the one's you love unfold before your eyes.  Bring the members of your family down to Family Night at Rhythm In Blue- even if one thinks they are not artistic, they will have fun engaging in the creative process.  Monthly projects are geared toward adaptability for all age levels and all artistic levels.  FINALLY- AFFORDABLE FAMILY FUN!!! TEEN & YOUNG ADULT NIGHTS $5.50 per person 3RD FRIDAY of the MONTH  6:00-11:00pm
Live music, poetry reading and art!  Fun, creative, chill environment.  Share your poems and original art work and create new ones.  Bring your own instruments and art work OR use ours.  ALSO BOOK YOUR FAVORITE BAND!  (Call for details) ON HOLD FOR SUMMER.  TO RESUME IN SEPTEMBER
